Our cottage is on private beach property on Lake Michigan. Located fifteen minutes north of Holland downtown, twenty-five minutes south of Grand Haven, and a fifty minute drive away from Grand Rapids airport, you can enjoy everything the area has to offer: restaurants, charming boutiques, shops, museums, parks, and other entertainment.
We rent during early June and in August through the fall, Saturday to Saturday, $2800 a week in August, $2500 a week in June or after Labor Day. Contact Joanne: jeicher@umn.edu or 651-645-2914.
An authentic Michigan family cottage with wooded lot, it has 5 bedrooms that sleep eleven--2 king-size beds, 1 queen, 1 double, 1 bunk bed and 1 twin. The cottage has 3 bathrooms and an outdoor shower for returning from beach. A large three-season glass enclosed porch overlooks a sweeping view of Lake Michigan. An outside deck also overlooks the lake as a relaxing spot for morning coffee and enjoying sunsets. Only thirty-three steps down to the beach.

This is our family summer home, so when we don't have Air BnB guests, we do occupy the space. Please keep this in mind and respect our personal belongings. We have a caretaker who is available for check-in and check-out. Keys to be returned at end of stay.
Please be aware of the following:
- All renters and guests must be 21 years of age or older. This rule does not apply to families with children.
- No pets.
- No parties, please, or additional overnight guests.
- Please inform us of anything damaged or broken.
- No smoking on the property.
- To keep sand at a minimum, we request that you generally use the driveway entrance.
- Please take trash and recycling out to garage for weekly Monday a.m. pick-up.
