wooded lot occasionally rented during early June and in August through
September, Saturday to Saturday, $2800 a week August, $2500 a week June or
September/October. (Weekend extension
possible for Labor Day).
Five BR, three baths, outdoor shower for returning from
beach. 33 steps down to wide beach that approaches swimming area. Large
three-season glass enclosed porch with a beautiful view of Lake Michigan.
Outside deck also overlooking the lake is an enjoyable spot for morning coffee
and viewing sunsets.
Amenities: Microwave, DW and W/D, TV, internet, barbeque
grill, outside picnic table, and hammock. Fresh breezes waft through windows
with cross-ventilation and fans, No AC.
Linens furnished--2 king-size beds, 1 queen, 1 double, and 1
bunk bed. No pets or smoking. Caretaker does weekly cleaning and
mows lawn. Close to downtown with many restaurants and charming downtown shops.
Close to Grand Haven and Saugatuck for other shops and restaurants.
